Founded in 1987, Racing Sports Akimoto created the “original” air intake system and continues to lead the way for the sport compact market. The company prides itself in providing the highest quality, best performing, and best looking aftermarket intake systems available. Our team is motivated by quality and focuses all efforts on bringing the best materials into production for every component of the RSA line. It is common knowledge throughout the sport compact performance industry that RSA is the creator and innovator of the open element air intake system that replaces the factory air intake system. Our products create the power, style, and sound that enthusiasts crave. Making horsepower is part of the RSA heritage and continues to be with its new venture into the urban marketplace, the DUB Air line.

DUB Air was formed in 2004 as an alliance between Racing Sports Akimoto and DUB magazine. All the knowledge, experience, and manufacturing processes adapted by RSA throughout the years have been retained for DUB Air to forge a high-end aftermarket intake experience unlike any other. The utmost-quality materials and attention go into each and every detail of DUB Air systems, such as all-polished stainless steel construction, the highest quality fittings available, and hours upon hours of research prior to the release of each products. Utilizing factory development and design of the factory cold air delivery systems, extra care is taken in the design process of DUB Air intakes to utilize the lower portion of factory air filter boxes. The attachment of DUB Air shields to the lower portion of factory air boxes allows for a factory-quality finish product that protects from the elements, retains pressurized cold air, and adds to the appearance unlike any other aftermarket intake system out there. All aspects of production of the DUB Air product line are designed to appeal to the high-end demographic of automotive enthusiasts, from its utmost best fit and finish, to the highest-quality materials, to full-color instructions in each and every kit.
