DUB Air Limited Lifetime Warranty

WHAT IS WARRANTED
ALL DUB~air intake systems are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle. We cover any DUB~air intake system including filter and all components provided in each kit.

WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY
Incorrect Service: The DUB~air Filter must be cleaned and serviced with approved cleaner and air filter oil (or comparable cleaner and oil) specified for use with washable and reusable air filter elements. Use of any cleaner or oil that damages the filter or compromises its performance (engine degreaser, gasoline, transmission fluid, motor oil, lightweight oil, or diesel fuel) will void the warranty. Use of unspecified tools for installation may damage the hardware and will also void the warranty. Failure to provide Proof of Purchase: At the time of warranty claim, buyer must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
Incorrect Use: Any damaged, abused or modified DUB~air intake will not be warranted.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY
We do not cover damaged hardware, hoses, or filters due to abuse and/or incorrect installation. We do not cover damage to the vehicle caused by incorrect installation.

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED
Our warranty covers the original purchaser of a DUB~air Filter who has provided sufficient proof of the original retail purchase (original receipt or purchase order).

SUMMARY OF WARRANTY
Any defective DUB~air filter properly returned to DUB~air will be replaced. DUB~air will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the DUB~air intake system. Any DUB~air filter returned to DUB~air must be sent at customers' expense along with proof of purchase. DUB~air reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly complied with. In the event that the terms are not complied with, DUB~air shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty.
